Meet The Team

Roy Collins - Owner
Roy joined Total Office in 2003 and started the transformation from family business to corporate entity and leading supplier of business furnishings for corporate environments in the BC Interior. Securing the Teknion furniture line was the catalyst for sales growth and a total transformation of all company strategies from sales, marketing and branding to work processes and procedures required in today’s competitive market. Roy is active in all facets of the business and primarily works with clients to optimize their workspaces, reduce real estate costs, maximize return on their most valuable asset; the people who occupy the workspaces. He leads the team from concept to completion. The Total Office Team were awarded the 2011 Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for small business, a testament to his dedication to the success of the business. Roy holds a degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia and has many other corporate and personal achievements, including over 20 years of experience in the office furniture industry and over 10 years of coaching in the Central Okanagan Youth Soccer Association. Roy is an active volunteer in the community and a member of various organisations including the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce serving 4 years as a Director.

Carmen Sparg - Owner
Carmen joined Total Office in 2004, during her tenure she has made a major contribution to corporate sales growth of over 300% in the BC Interior, implemented new corporate planning, sales, marketing and systems strategies. Today Carmen is focused on business management, corporate relationships, overseeing design, customer service and jointly leading the Total Office team in the BC Interior. Through her commitment to business processes, ethical work practices and employee development she, along with her team, were awarded the 2011 Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for small business. She is a graduate of King Williams Technical College with an N3 Commercial Business diploma, 9 years of technical experience in the electronics industry and owned a software support and administration business in South Africa. Carmen is a fitness fanatic, involved in numerous community events through business development and volunteer endeavors and sports activities. Carmen is passionate about her business, her work and exceeding client expectations every day.
Daniel Joseph - Director, Marketing & Technical
Daniel brings a passion and entreprenuerial spirit to the team at Total Office wtih a solid background in management and leadership, having started in logistics with the family business to taking initiative in roles such as Branch Manager in the Fraser Valley, to Project Manager on high-level projects (100K+) in the dynamic Vancouver business scene, to his current role as Marketing & Technical Director with the company that launched his furniture career in 2007.
A large part of his success is due to his ability to spearhead a strategic development team and focus on sales and growth strategies through careful planning and consistent execution. Daniel currently sits on the Board of Directors for OVES (Okanagan Valley Entrepreneur's Society) as the Vice-Chair of Business Development.
Lee Manchester - Project Manager
Lee has been with Total Office for over 10 years, and brings a practical set of skills and expertise to the boardroom with several years of installation experience. He has managed crews on multi-floor projects and has worked in different capacities overseeing and installing systems furniture, architectural walls and casegoods. He offers an invaluable perspective on specification and RFP responses and has been helping lead Total Office to a higher level of service excellence with our customers.
Corie Kidder - Project Coordinator
Corie joined the Total Office team in February 2010. As the Total Office Project Coordinator Corie’s role in the company is to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of projects and services with some direction from Roy and Carmen. She contributes to the team and organizational work and assists with the development of new practices and procedures. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities.

Mike Morissey - Lead Installer
Mike has worked his way to the top, leading a team of several professional installers. His main responsibilities include prioritizing and delegating onsite tasks to his team in order to get the job done on time while exceeding customer expectations. During his time at Total Office, Mike has developed efficient ways installing systems furniture, mobile furniture, architectural wall systems, casegoods, and storage and filing.

Rebecca Chapple- Administration & Bookkeeping

Susanna Schneider- IDD - Sales & Marketing
Susanna joined Total Office in the Fall of 2010. A graduate of Toronto’s, Humber College’s Interior Design Program, Susanna brings over 25 years of experience in the field of Interior Design. Her past work consists mostly of Corporate Design for clients such as ‘The Bank of Montreal’ and the National Gallery’s corporate facility in Ottawa. Susanna's role at Total Office is to manage showroom sales and to develop new relationships. Susanna has been involved in many Kelowna projects as a designer and as an educator of Design and Drafting at local colleges. Her wealth of knowledge in office furniture and design brings additional profound expertises to our team.
